Hmm, ilekroć takie pytania padały, wychodziło zwykle że należy zrobić
w USA kartę i wyjąć w Polsce z bankomatu. Oczywiście słaba opcja jeśli
kasy jest np. 1.000.000$ ale wątpię by wtedy ktoś pytał tą drogą.
