[Karty] OFT says credit card charges are 'unfair'

The Office of Fair trading is to impose a *12 limit on late payment and other 
credit card charges after branding the penalties imposed by companies such 
as Barclaycard as excessive and unfair.

The credit card industry has until May 31 to respond to the OFT statement.
