My BGP4+ should (and does) connect to 3ffe:200:1:a::1, port 179? Am I wrong?

Thanks! It works since few hours.
My filter, written according to your advices
! to SICS
access-list 4 deny 3ffe:200::/24 refine
access-list 4 deny 3ffe:902::/32
access-list 4 deny 3f00::/8
access-list 4 permit all
filters out just everything on output. It is correct behaviour but little
fun so I will try to send 3ffe:902::/32 too. I also added 3ffe:280::1
address for zatoka and am sending aggregated 3ffe:280::/40. Current filter:
! to SICS
access-list 4 permit 3ffe:280::/40
access-list 4 deny 3ffe:200::/24 refine
!access-list 4 deny 3ffe:902::/32
access-list 4 deny 3f00::/8
access-list 4 permit all
allows to send 2 (aggregated) routes:
P Pref Time Destination Next Hop If Path
>aB 20 00:00:17 3ffe:280::/40 :: lo0 i
>aB 20 00:00:07 3ffe:902::/32 ::1 lo0 ?
Szczecin sends you (I have access to their mrt-router):
P Pref Time Destination Next Hop If Path
>iB 20 00:18:05 3ffe:200:f::/48 3ffe:200:f::2 sit3 i
>iB 20 00:06:37 3ffe:280::/40 3ffe:902:5::2 sit3 9999 8664 i <----- now this one could be accepted from me directly too
> B 20 00:15:54 3ffe:902:1::/48 3ffe:902:1::2 sit5 65432 i
> C 0 00:19:04 3ffe:902:2::/48 :: eth0 i
>iB 20 00:18:04 3ffe:902:5::/48 3ffe:902:5::2 sit3 9999 i
but only 3ffe:200:f::/48 gets through your filter if I understand correctly.
