Previous distribs were for new based OSs (NetBSD 1.3 to 1.3.1 and 1.3.2,
FreeBSD 2.2.5 to 2.2.6), this one fixes some bugs and commits	
some delayed changes and improvements.

This is distrib with some fixes:

Changes are:

 - multicast en/decapsulation for ATM

 - change validation of addresses (sys/netinet/{in6_var.h,in6.c})

 - new DAD code for sbin/ifconfig.c

 - new reusable sbin/autoconf6
  (note that IPv4-compatible stuff (SIT) default is different)

 - fix getaddrinfo with null server name (lib/libc/net/getaddrinfo.c)

 - test and fix IPSEC AH in HMAC-MD5-96 mode
   (sys/netinet/{ip6.h,ipsec*,ip6_{in,out}put.c}, sbin/key6, ttcp6s.c)

 - fix little bugs in sys/netinet/{sha.c,ip6.h}, usr.sbin/ndpd-router/icmp.c

 - ALTQ 1.0.1 and its RSVPD 4.2a3 support

 - fix route gateway crushing by multicast (sys/netinet/ip6_output.c)

FreeBSD changes:

 - fix sbin/route.c for /ddd prefix length syntax with IPv4

 - add LE_NEED_ALLMULTI flag in sys/i386/isa/if_le.c
   (some old LANCE Ethernet board needs it for multicast)

 - add inet_ntop.3 & co to lib/libc/net/Makefile.inc

NetBSD changes:

 - change the value of the IP6_DONTFRAG flag (sys/netinet/ip6_var.h)

Short term planned improvements are:

 - test mMosaic (multicast and IPv6 Mosaic version,
   see ftp://ftp.enst.fr/pub/mbone/mMosaic/)

 - IPv6 Mozilla (free Netscape, should be in KAME!)

 - Merge ATM pvc and sat drivers

 - fix AMD with IPv6 RPC

 - ECN for IPv6 with new standard API definitions

 - DHCPv6

 - RSVP/CBQ for IPv6 (in last versions, to be finished and tested)

Medium & long term planned improvements are:

 - move to next basic API specs

 - support for ESP new specs, netkey API

 - BIND 8.1.x with DHCPv6, security and ...

 - IPv6 over ATM (the real thing with SVCs)

 - more of extended API

 - a good way to announce interface changes (mainly address changes)
   to all the stupid tools which need to know (X11, BIND, ...)
   (for BIND in6_pktinfo does the job very well, other common usage
   is (in)security test for internal communications).
